AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Artists' Lawyer, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website https://theartistslawyer.com and any related media, platforms, or applications (collectively, the "Site"). All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. When you purchase a product, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your personal business use. You may:

Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the materials

They are not state-specific and are not intended for use outside the United States unless explicitly stated. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to update it as necessary. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

If you select a recurring billing plan, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. We reserve the right to correct errors or mistakes, even after payment has been requested or received.

We may refuse or limit orders at our sole discretion.

REFUNDS POLICY

You must download and back up your purchase upon receipt. Lost or inaccessible downloads are not our responsibility.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

By purchasing any contract template or document from The Artists’ Lawyer, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that no attorney-client relationship is formed. Purchase of a digital product does not entitle you to personalized legal advice, revisions, or customizations from Magdalena Kernan, The Artists’ Lawyer, or any affiliated legal team.

All contract templates are general in nature and designed to be used by U.S.-based businesses. They are not state-specific, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that any document you purchase is appropriate for your specific business and jurisdiction. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product or failure to download. You assume strict liability for any chargeback initiated against us.

Chargebacks are treated as a violation of these Terms. We may revoke your license, ban future purchases, and seek full recovery of the disputed amount and all associated costs, including but not limited to chargeback fees, administrative fees, and legal fees. Fraudulent disputes may be reported to credit bureaus, banks, and authorities.

PROMOTIONS
